Provides adjustable heat and light output. UL listed product has polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) and will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. The dimming option does not work for compact fluorexcent or mercury vapor bulbs. To use these bulbs the dimmer switch must be turned completely on. Do not use lamp over 200W with dimmer function.
