What is the Appropriate Lizard Food to Feed to an Iguana?

A variety of foods are consumed by lizards. Most of them are carnivorous, which means that they eat other animals or bugs. Certain iguanas like those that live in the desert, eat meat when they are juveniles, but only eat seeds once they are grown.
